Blasphemous Businesses Okay in PA

Citing the Establishment Clause, a federal district court has struck down a Pennsylvania law that prohibited "blasphemy [or] profane cursing" in the names of corporations. The case involved a business that wanted to use the name "I Choose Hell Productions LLC" and was refused by state agencies.
